On the 13/5/2016 I went to A&E bravely and waited for about 1 hour and a half, then finally we got to see the nurse.
She had a look and told me and mum that we had to wait I said in my head “again” I walked into the waiting room till the doctor came it took forever me and mum started getting hungry and my stomach was rumbling too,then the doctor finally came I was so happy “YES” I said to myself,so we went to a room and the doctor said you will ,have to come back tomorrow and have X-RAYS so we went home and went back the next day and had X-RAYS then after,That we went to the waiting room we had to wait for the doctor. The doctor came and got me,We went to the plastering room the doctor said you have broken a bone in you thumb I was so angry mum said ‘’OH WELL’’ so the nurse came in and put my first cast on then I had to get another X-ray to see if my thumb was in place and it was.
So I got my sling on and went to see the X-rays on the big screen so me and mum,had a look i said “holy” then the doctor said ‘’you will have to go to the specialist in New Plymouth,you will have to book an appointment on Monday morning’’ so then we,went home and the next day cam mum booked they said come on Wednesday the 25th of may ‘’OK’’ replied mum.
